Kentucky Wildlife Damage Repair
Animal Entry/Exit Location Repairs
The most common wildlife damage repair is the closure of animal entry and exit locations. Wildlife such as squirrels, raccoons, bats, opossums and birds will gain access to your home or business through available openings in the structure. Many of these openings are created by poor building practices or deteriorated structural materials. Raccoons and squirrels will also force entry into the structure by chewing or tearing an access hole. Our Damage Repair Team can repair and reinforce these vulnerable locations to ensure the wildlife no longer has access to your home or business, therefore protecting your property for the future. All of our damage repairs are covered by our all-inclusive warranty.
Waste Remediation
Once wildlife has gained access to a structure they commonly leave behind unwanted waste such as body oils, hair, nesting materials, urine, feces and ectoparisites. This waste will contaminate and damage your property and should never be allowed to remain in an inhabited structure. Additionally
many of the wastes associated with wildlife can be hazardous to human health. These diseases include but are not limited to Rabies, Histoplasmosis, Hantavirus, Leptospirosis, Typhus, Mange, Distemper, and many more. Please review our animal specific pages to see the associated wastes for each animal.
Attic & Crawlspace Restoration

Odor Control & Sanitation
Odor Control and Sanitization is an integral part of the restoration process and will be completed during all wildlife waste remediation services. After the wastes have been removed all heavily soiled areas will be treated with an antimicrobial solution, scrubbed and wiped dry. This solution contains enzymes that attack and neutralize the harmful contaminates left by animal wastes. The entire cavity will then be treated with an antimicrobial fogger to ensure every square inch of the contaminated cavity is accessed by the solution. The enzymes within the antimicrobial solution will continue to destroy these contaminates for several weeks ensuring your attic or crawlspace is sanitized and restored to a clean, safe environment.
Insulation Services
Another key aspect of our waste remediation process is the removal and replacement of wildlife contaminated insulation. Our Wildlife Damage Repair Team can remove and replace all forms of insulation and moisture barriers in attics, crawlspaces and walls. New insulation will then be installed in accordance with Kentucky state building codes. We can also provide our clients with additional insulation protection by installing a higher R-Value or thicker layer of protection which can increase energy savings. See the Kentucky Energy and Environment Cabinet for recommend insulation levels and energy saving tips.
